We are excited to invite you to our open night which will focus on the hot topic of CREDENTIALING.
Some of our clients are reviewing their agency Nurses, in particular those who do not hold their full masters in Advanced Practice but maybe have the relevant modules and experience to work at Advanced Nurse Practitioner level.
Credentialing is a pathway to be recognised at ANP level for any prescribing Nurses who do not hold their full masters. Initial findings are that a lot of Nurses are worried about this potential shift in the market and also as communication and information around this topic is limited, are worried about the process / cost and timeframes involved.
