The Coben team were instrumental in providing information regarding RCN Credentialing by facilitating open evenings. These evenings offered a step-by-step guide to credentialing, furthermore individuals attending the sessions had signposted us to other clinicians, that had previously undertaken the course, in order to provide a more personal insight into the course and who, if required could offer further support.
Arguably my practice now has the quality mark that potentially makes me professionally more desirable, effectively strengthening my competitive position as a locum ANP and I have, and would continue, to encourage my fellow clinicians to undertake the RCN credentialing at their earliest convenience.
