Established in 2011, Coben Healthcare quickly became the number one PC agency in the North West.

Expansion and relocation allowed further growth across the rest of the country securing preferred status with some of the nation’s largest Primary Care providers.

Established in 2011, we have over 35 years of experience in Primary and Secondary healthcare.

Jayne Fitzhenry

CEO

I founded the company back in 2011 when myself and my business partner at the time felt that bigger recruitment agencies were so focused on Secondary Care, yet there was a big change happening in Primary Care with increased access to services outside of the normal core hours. We quickly found ourselves supplying into a variety of settings and within the first year, we had a team of 7 people – Coben was officially born!

Due to such quick growth, we made a decision in 2014 that we needed help taking the business to the next level and that is where Nina, my trusty business partner and long-time friend came along, and the rest, they say, is history.

Nina Adamski

Managing Director

I spent the majority of my career in Healthcare Recruitment until I found myself working for an Accountancy Firm as a Relationship Manager for an NHS contract.

I was quite happy here until I was approached by Jayne to come on board as Operations Director for Coben to help take the business forward.

Since then, we have seen fantastic growth, have a great team and are excited for the future. I am a great believer that luck only comes where preparation meets opportunity so I will continue to prepare for every opportunity that comes our way!
