It’s RUOK Day today, which is quite self explanatory.
At Coben, we speak with medical professionals and operational staff everyday, so we understand the importance of communication.
1.You (the entrant) must be working or have worked in the Health and Social Care sector, or be working towards finding a role in the field as well as being fully registered with ‘Coben Healthcare’ (the company)
2. Entrants will be included in each draw they are eligible for, amounting to one entry unless otherwise stated (this may include, competitions where more entries can be achieved through fulfilling agreed criteria)
3. Winning entrants will be sent their ‘prize’ at the earliest convenience of the company, no cash alternative will be offered or should be requested.
4. In order to be included in the draw, entrants agree that in the event of them being drawn as the winner, they give consent for the company to use their name and image (where a suitable picture would be requested prior to the prize being sent on, failure to agree would result in automatic exclusion and a redraw undertaken) for the purposes of marketing, not limited to social media, stands and including comments about their positive experience with the company as an advocate of the benefits of working with the company.
4a. Entrants comments will be submitted to the marketing department of the company for consideration, prior to being utilised in any online or in print media and may be requested to be altered to ensure the media is suitable for the intended purposes, failure to assist in this process may result in the entrant being excluded from future draws should the company so choose at their discretion.
5. The winning entrant will be eligible to be included in future draws, so long as they have adhered to the eligibility criteria of the said future draw.
6. The company reserve the right to alter or revoke the ‘prize draws’ for any reason, at any time, should they choose to do so; and would notify each entrant at the time of the removal of the draw in writing explaining the business decision and why this was necessary, the company will not enter into any discussion or negotiation surrounding this decision.
7.The companies decision in all aspects surrounding the offer of inclusion of the entrant in to any draw is final and binding.
