ROLE: CLINICAL DEPUTY MANAGER-Nursing Home
SALARY: £55,141.22/annum
LOCATION: CAMDEN, LONDON
HOURS: 37.5 Permanent FT

You will be the Clinical Deputy Manager for a Medium-Large Sized Nursing Home with state-of-the-art facilities, and your role is to ensure the smooth and effective running of the Nursing units within the home to deliver specialist care and nursing services to the residents; to assist the Home Manager in providing high-quality nursing and care support to place the individual at the centre of everything and based on the core values of Wellness, Happiness and Kindness.

Your Role and Duties:
To assist the Service Manager in providing leadership to staff in order to deliver the highest possible quality of care within a safe working and living environment.
To co-ordinate and lead the nursing team to provide high quality, person centred care and support in way which promotes: dignity; privacy; safety and independence and which promotes equality & diversity for everyone living and working in the Service.
To comply with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times.
To ensure the smooth and effective running of the Nursing units within the home and liaise with external health professionals.
To provide Clinical Leadership and supervision within the Service
Essential Requirements
Nurse Qualified with Valid NMC
Previous experience as a Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead or Deputy Nurse Manager
Caring and Compassionate
Embraces Leading by Example and acting as a role model
Experience of supporting elderly residents with Alzheimer’s or various other Dementia-related conditions
